Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests can be delivered the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon. Some products which are delivered via courier can take up to 2 days for delivery, but this is stated in our delivery information when making your purchase. Delivery is confirmed by way of email.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Flowerite.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Flowerite.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will not attract an administration fee

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Flowerite.co.za bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Flowerite.co.za chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
