Monday - Friday Before 12noon (SA time) Same day Delivery
After 12noon (SA time) Next day Delivery

Saturday Before 12noon (SA time) Same day Delivery
After 12noon (SA time) Monday day Delivery

Sunday Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, although we will make every effort to fullfil your request.

Normal delivery times are weekdays between 08h00 - 17h00 and Saturdays between 08h00 and 14h00.

Gifts & Gourmet Hampers

These products are delivered by courier. Orders must be placed before 12h00 on weekdays and anytime on Saturday and Sundays. For orders that are placed within these parameters, delivery will take place within 2 working days. This also depends on delivery location, as outlying areas may take longer. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We cannot guarantee specific times but will make every effort to meet your request. Normal delivery times for gifts delivered via courier are weekdays between 08h00 and 18h00.

Delivery to Hospitals
Floral deliveries to hospitals must be in a vase. Hospitals do not accept bunches of flowers not in a container.

• (Please check to see whether the patient is likely to be discharged before scheduling the delivery)
